The building`s structures are made of reinforced concrete with a finishing on the exterior thermosystem type, tile, PVC joinery-Gealan, sand stone, crockery , parquet.

Experience showed us that personalized finishing have a large variety.Therefore, this (parquet, sandstone, faiance and sanitay objects) can be made on a separatly contract.In this way we organized a special departament to accomplish exclusively personalized finishing.

We are offering to our clients 3 types of finishing:

• Standard(inlcuded in price)
• Super (finishing material types high quality)
• Lux (interior design reprojected by our arhitects on client request)

Optional we can use:

• another brick type
• aluminium joynery
• special exterior finishing

The garage (1 - 2 cars) can be annexed, at request, to any Romedil project.
